Chef and Restaurant Management students served up a cafe inspired salad with sweet-and-sour poppy seed dressing, cheddar pierogi with cherry wood smoked pork shoulder, caprese mac n cheese, black cherry lemon cupcakes, pumpkin spice cream puff!

Truck or Treat
Hundreds of kids and their families attended the Medina County Career Center’s trunk-or-treat event hosted by the Animal Management and Care students! In addition to trunk-or-treating, families were invited into the spooky barn to get their face-painted, meet and pet our animals, walk through a hay maze, and play games!
