On Sunday June 14, 2020, Medina County Career Center hosted a drive-thru ceremony to recognize the MCCC Class of 2020.
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., staff and faculty gathered throughout MCCC’s campus to cheer on and congratulate nearly 500 students and their families as they drove through to receive their career passports, class of 2020 yard signs, yearbooks and more! “This nontraditional awards ceremony was incredible,” said Tresa Goodwin, high school principal. “I am proud of our students for all they’ve accomplished and grateful we were able to recognize them for it!” The 2020 Senior Awards Ceremony was streamed live on Facebook and broadcasted on a local radio station.
