Nathan Conrad placed FIRST in the nation in the CNC Turning Specialist at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference! This contest evaluated preparation for employment in Computer Numeric Control Turning and recognized outstanding students for excellence and professionalism. This contest assessed the ability to write CNC turning programs, interpret prints (including GDT), and measure/gage parts. Nathan also demonstrated theoretical knowledge of CNC machine configuration, setup, and operations. Learn more about the Precision Machining Technology program at MCCC!
