Visitors to the Medina County Career Center’s main campus will notice plenty of activity in the months ahead.
Construction is now officially underway on the second building of the Medina County Career Center Ken Cleveland Construction Trades Academy at MCCC’s Main Campus. Ground was broken in the final week of February on the new 19,345-square-foot facility, which will house the Career Center’s Construction Electricity and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) programs.
Crews have already begun excavating the site, pressing forward despite early spring mud and unpredictable weather. The new building—made possible in part through the continued generosity of the Ken Cleveland Foundation—is an exciting step forward, and we look forward to watching it take shape in the coming months.
The Medina County Career Center administration extends its sincere appreciation to the Ken Cleveland Foundation and the Board of Education for their ongoing support. Together, we remain committed to delivering exceptional career-technical education for our students and strengthening our region’s workforce for years to come.
