Medina County Career Center recently revealed its plans to renovate the Center Café, the on-campus restaurant run by Chef Tony Stanislo and the Chef and Restaurant Management students.

Some highlights include:

  • A new location on MCCC’s campus
  • Outdoor dining area
  • Exterior entrance
  • Designated customer parking
  • Private dining/meeting room and more

“I am humbled by the generosity of our superintendent, Steven Chrisman, as well as the Board of Education for making this possible,” said Tony Stanislo, Chef and Restaurant Management instructor. “I am excited for the future for our students, community and staff!”

The renovated restaurant will have an industrial modern look with black metal and brick accented with copper and other metals. For more information, see the March 23, 2021 Board of Education presentation below and the article recently released by Cleveland.com.
