1) Successful completion of the WorkKeys preassessment or waiver approved by the Director of Adult Education
2) Must be at least 18 years old
3) Have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
4) Clean criminal record
5) Completion of NIMS 100 200 & 700
6) Valid physical examination (physicals are valid for one year from the date they were performed)
7) High School Diploma or equivalent;
8) Current vaccinations, including MMR / Tdap / Chicken Pox / TB Skin Test / Hepatitis B Series or titer / Flu Shot
