Students must return all required forms to their MCCC school counselor as soon as possible or at minimum by the deadlines provided: Letter of Intent to Participate due no later than April 1 and LCCC College Credit Plus Application due no later than April 15.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, student will sign up to take the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.act.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ACT<\/a>, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/collegereadiness.collegeboard.org\/sat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SAT<\/span><\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lorainccc.edu\/testing-and-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">LCCC\u2019s Placement<\/span><\/a>\u00a0assessment test to earn college ready scores for CCP admission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Future Medina County Career Center students:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Follow your home high school\u2019s policies and procedures for participating in CCP.<\/li>\n<li>Complete and return the CCP Intent to Participate form to your high school counselor by the <strong>April 1 deadline<\/strong>.
