MCCC is seeking a qualified instructor to teach high school students the Visual Medial Imaging programs designed to help students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career within the arts and communication industry. The focus will be on video production, videography, digital photography, video editing, and digital cinema production.

Reports To: Principal or Designee

Minimum Requirements: Valid Ohio teaching license or qualify for career technical licensure Visual Design and Imaging (340100); Certification in Adobe Photoshop, Minimum of 5 years working in Videography/Cinematography, Commercial Photography, Video Producer/Editor; Demonstrated ability to work on a team; Effective written and oral communication skills; Ability to build rapport with many stakeholders; Strong organizational skills; Desire to motivate and assist young people in educational setting; Willingness to work with students of varying ability levels
Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Visual Communications
Work Week/Year: 185 days
Salary: Appropriate placement on the Teachers Salary Schedule, commensurate with experience and education.
